Supplier Diversity Program
Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Minority Institutions, and HUB Zone Program
To establish mutually beneficial relationships we actively seek small businesses, including those owned by minorities, women, and veterans, capable of providing products and services in our supply chain.
The charter of the Supplier Diversity Program is to assist diversity suppliers in the United States who are pursuing business from General Dynamics. We are here to help businesses that are certified or working toward certification as diversity suppliers to understand what is expected of our suppliers.
Refer to the Small Business Administration's, "What is a Small
Business" website at www.sba.gov/size/ for
help in determining what constitutes a small business
concern.
Outreach & Initiatives
We participate and sponsor numerous business opportunity fairs
and conferences throughout the country, and are also members
of several
business councils aimed at introducing diversity suppliers'
business concerns.
