Customer Service Organization (CSO)

The Customer Service Organization provides assistance to General Dynamics customers worldwide through support and services related to our products and systems. Help can be a PIN reset, an equipment delivery, a software anomaly fix, a user application inquiry or repair support.

We focus support in several areas including the customer care center, technical support, and service delivery, as well as other professional services.

Customer Care Center

Our state-of-the-art tools help the Customer Service Organization manage and support customer needs.

  • Customer Relationship Management System tracks and documents customer inquiries, products and entitlements
  • eServer knowledge database captures issues and resolutions for reuse
  • Inventory Management systems handle the equipment fulfillment process from ordering and shipping through support
  • Customer Accounting Billing System bills air time and system usage
