Important Registration Documentation Requirements — Please Read
There is NO CHARGE to attend the Secure Communications and Computing Workshop & Training event. All information is presented at the unclassified level. This is a closed conference and requires advance registration approval to attend. Attendees must be affiliated with a U.S. government agency, or a U.S. government partner.
All attendees must show a picture ID to be admitted into the conference. Please read below for acceptable forms of identification.
An active duty military ID, federal government-issued ID, or Common Access Card (CAC) must be presented at registration for admittance into the workshop. Please note that Drivers’ Licenses and Retired Military IDs alone WILL NOT be accepted as valid identification for entrance into this event.
For those attendees not directly associated with a government agency, a letter of sponsorship is required that identifies the attendee’s name, the company name that the attendee works for, and the government entity that their organization is working with. This signed letter must be presented at registration along with a picture ID. To view a sample sponsorship letter click here.
Foreign Nationals will require final approval by the U.S. government to attend this workshop. Any Foreign National that does not receive prior approval will not be permitted to attend the workshop.
Security Notice — Cameras, recorders and bags WILL NOT be permitted into the event area. Plastic tote bags will be provided for your convenience. Badges must be worn at all times. Please note security guards will be enforcing this request and General Dynamics cannot be responsible for storing any personal items.
