Overview
TACLANE-Classic and E-100 are no longer available for purchase; however, product service and support will continue to be provided by calling 1-877-230-0236 or emailing infosecsupport@gdc4s.com. General Dynamics recommends the TACLANE-Micro to meet your future encryption needs. Currently deployed TACLANE-Classic and E-100 encryptors may be traded in for a new TACLANE-Micro for $6,950. TACLANE-Micro is managed by GEM X™, the latest in encryptor management which allows users to remotely manage up to 500 TACLANE network encryptors. Users that upgrade to TACLANE-Micro do not require any addiitonal operator training, as the user screens are identical across the TACLANE Family.
Training and Help Desk Support
Classroom training is available at in our Maryland and Arizona offices and will cover all products in the TACLANE family. Free Help Desk Support is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

- Sectéra® In-Line Network Encryptor (KG-235) (Rel. 3.2 or later)
- TACLANE-Micro (KG-175D) — now certified and shipping

Pricing Information
The TACLANE-Classic and E-100 are no longer available for purchase, however product maintenance and support continue. The TACLANE-Micro is recommended in its place ($9,900). Currently deployed TACLANE-Classic and E-100 devices may be traded in for a new TACLANE-Micro for $6,950. High Assurance IP Encryptor Interoperability Specification (HAIPE IS) Compliance
TACLANE Release 3.0v4/3.0Ev4
TACLANE Release 3.0v4/3.0Ev4 is a mandatory software upgrade that will satisfies HAIPE IS v1.3.5 (BATON only) compliance requirements. NSA required this upgrade to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007. This upgrade can be performed by users in the field (via a software download) or at the depot. TACLANE 3.0v4/3.0Ev4 is free to all users and includes:
- HAIPE IS v1.3.5 (BATON only)
- Enhanced FIREFLY (IP only)
- Internet Key Exchange (IKE)
- IP Traffic Flow Security (TFS)
- Secure Dynamic Discovery (SDD)
- Less Stringent Key Expiration Requirements
Once upgraded, the TACLANE 3.0v4/3.0Ev4 is backwards compatible with TACLANE 2.X releases to support network transitions. If you would like to download the new software, please click here. If you would like a CD containing the new release, please email your request to tlupgrade@gdc4s.com.
