Environmental Test Standards

The Sectéra® Wireline Terminal and TalkSECURE™ Wireline units were tested in accordance with the Sectel Design and Verification Test Procedure.

Temperature

• 0° C to 50° C Operation, –20° C to 70° C Storage

Thermal Shock

• –40° C to 70° C, 24 cycles, 5 second transitions, 1 hour dwell at each temperature extreme

Vibration

• Operating Vibration, Unpackaged
  Sine sweep 5–55–5 Hz, displacement 0.02" max, 3 g's, 20 minutes per axis
• Packaged, Transportation
  Random Vibration 5 – 350 Hz, 2.11 grms, 30 minutes/axis

Shock

• Packaged, Transportation
  (2) 15g half sine shock pulses, 11ms duration and (144) 4g half sine shock pulses, 11 ms duration applied in the vertical axis
• Drop, Unpackaged
  30" drop height, 18 drops total to include faces, edges and corners
